  1. Meditation has helped with this big time. At least late at night these days I am safe and I don’t have to be told by the everyday people living comfort zone lives that I sound cool or whatever when I am clearly anxious. At least the witching hour listens to us.
    Some people don’t know how lucky they are. If they ever need medication it is like the advertising shows it to be. Many nameless people have done the hard yards to make their trendy little blips possible.
    Best thing I did was stop drinking, stop using any non prescribed drugs, and devote some time and resources to mindfully acknowledge the problem I was left with
