Hello Friends!

I hope you have had yourself an amazing weekend.

I consider myself a novice cook. The best thing I can master is a poached egg. Since living here in Sweden I have experienced a whole new world of food. My partner is exceptional in the kitchen and it has encouraged me to want to learn to be a better cook myself.

Over the few months I have been here, I have partaken in the cooking of a fair few dishes that are new to me and each of them have been delicious.

I thought it would be fun to share with you a few of our creations. (If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram, you have probably seen some of these already!)

I have linked a couple of the recipes that some people have kindly shared with me, so perhaps you could try them yourself. If you do, I would love to see your results!

I hope you enjoy the remainder of your weekend.

Until next time, stay brilliant!
